About the Role
Join our R&D team as a Scientist specializing in polymer additives and initiator chemistry. You will develop innovative solutions for next-generation polymer applications, working at the intersection of organic synthesis and materials science.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and synthesize novel organic peroxide and azo initiator formulations
- Characterize polymer properties using DSC, TGA, GPC, and rheometry
- Collaborate with customers on application-specific development projects
- Prepare technical reports, patents, and scientific publications
- Stay current with emerging trends in polymer chemistry
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field
- 3+ years industry experience in polymer additives or initiator research
- Hands-on experience with polymer characterization techniques
- Strong publication record preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
