Achieving 92% Solvent Recovery at Zibo
In 2022, Do Sender Chem invested in a state-of-the-art multi-stage distillation system for solvent recovery at the Zibo manufacturing facility. The system processes solvent-laden streams from our organic peroxide synthesis and purification operations, separating and purifying solvents for reuse in subsequent production batches.
The project included installation of three fractional distillation columns with automated process control, feed preheating using waste heat from other processes, and inline analytical monitoring to ensure recovered solvent quality meets production specifications.
