About the Role
We are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead our safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements at our Shandong production site. You will champion a safety-first culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with China GB standards and international best practices
- Lead emergency response planning and drills
- Report HSE performance metrics to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years HSE experience in chemical manufacturing
- Certified Safety Engineer qualification (required)
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Fluent in Mandarin, working proficiency in English
