About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process design, optimization, and scale-up initiatives in our organic peroxides production facility in Shandong. You will work closely with R&D, production, and safety teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design and optimization for organic peroxide synthesis
- Conduct HAZOP studies and process safety reviews
- Drive continuous improvement projects (yield, energy, waste reduction)
- Collaborate with R&D on scale-up from lab to commercial production
- Mentor junior engineers and production staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in specialty chemical or peroxide manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM)
- Experience with DCS/PLC control systems preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
