Perodox® Cobalt-Free Accelerator Technology

Our Perodox® cobalt-free accelerator range represents a significant advancement in sustainable thermoset curing technology. Developed through proprietary synthesis methods, these copper- and iron-based products deliver equal or superior gel and cure performance in unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, and acrylic resin systems — while helping customers meet increasingly stringent environmental and workplace safety standards.

Compared to conventional cobalt octoate accelerators, Perodox® products offer improved color stability in finished parts, reduced pre-gel drift during processing, and consistent batch-to-batch reactivity.
