We thrive on a high-performance culture that requires us to always act with integrity and practice ethical business conduct. All employees complete mandatory annual compliance training on ethical business conduct and our Code of Conduct. We continuously review our internal practices through internal and external assessments, and have procedures in place to take appropriate corrective action when behavior does not meet our high standards.
To report any concerns, Do Sender Chem employees, suppliers, customers, and other business partners can use our global SpeakUp! reporting hotline to report any suspected policy violations, misconduct, illegal, or unethical practices.

SpeakUp! is available 24/7 and supports multiple languages. We also maintain a strict Anti-Retaliation Policy — we will not tolerate any retaliation against employees who report concerns in good faith.
Compliant and responsible partnerships
A strong reputation is essential in the global marketplace. Our customers increasingly value the ethical standards of their suppliers and partners. We require our business partners to adhere to our Business Partner Code of Conduct, which covers: compliance with laws and regulations, safety standards, ethical and responsible business practices, treatment of individuals and human rights in the supply chain, conflict minerals exclusion, and fraud prevention.

We only do business with suppliers, customers, and other business partners who share and support our standards. Any violation may result in Do Sender Chem reevaluating the business relationship.
