We operate a state-of-the-art analytical laboratory equipped with advanced instrumentation for chemical purity analysis, thermal stability testing, and performance validation. Every batch is tested and documented before release.

Quality Assurance Process
From incoming raw materials to final product release, every step follows documented procedures and rigorous testing protocols.
Raw Material Inspection
All incoming raw materials are sampled, tested, and qualified against specifications before acceptance into production inventory.
In-Process Control
Real-time monitoring of critical process parameters — temperature, pressure, concentration — with SPC trend analysis for early deviation detection.
Finished Product Testing
Every batch undergoes full analytical testing: active oxygen content, purity by GC/HPLC, thermal stability (DSC/TAM), and appearance.
Release & Documentation
Certificate of Analysis (CoA) issued for each batch. Full traceability documentation maintained for minimum 5 years per regulatory requirements.
Our Laboratory
Our in-house analytical laboratory is the core of our quality assurance program. Staffed by experienced chemists and equipped with modern instrumentation, it provides comprehensive testing capabilities for organic peroxides and related chemical products.
- Chromatography: Gas Chromatography (GC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for purity analysis and impurity profiling
- Thermal Analysis: Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermal Activity Monitor (TAM) for decomposition kinetics and thermal stability
- Wet Chemistry: Iodometric titration for active oxygen content, Karl Fischer for moisture determination
- Spectroscopy: FT-IR and UV-Vis for structural confirmation and quantitative analysis
- Physical Testing: Density, viscosity, refractive index, and color measurement per ASTM/ISO methods

Process Safety Management
