品質保証 プロセス
原材料の受入から最終製品の出荷に至るまで、すべての工程において、文書化された手順と厳格な試験プロトコルに従っています。
原材料の検査
すべて incoming raw materials are sampled, tested, and qualified against specifications before acceptance into production inventory.
In-プロセス Control
温度、圧力、濃度といった重要なプロセスパラメータをリアルタイムで監視し、SPCトレンド分析を用いて逸脱を早期に検出します。
Finished 製品 Testing
すべてのロットについて、活性酸素含有量、GC/HPLCによる純度、熱安定性（DSC/TAM）、および外観に関する包括的な分析試験が実施されます。
Release & ドキュメント
Certificate of 分析 (CoA) issued for each batch. Full traceability documentation maintained for minimum 5 years per regulatory requirements.
当社の 研究所
当社の in-house analytical laboratory is the core of our quality assurance program. Staffed by experienced chemists and equipped with modern instrumentation, it provides comprehensive testing capabilities for organic peroxides and related chemical products.
